We're hiring a Paralegal II for a contract to hire with one of our clients. Join our world-class Real Estate legal team supporting a large, multi-jurisdictional portfolio. We're looking for a detail-oriented paralegal with 4+ years' experience in lease review, dispute resolution, and drafting real estate-related agreements.

What you'll do :

Review and interpret leases
Draft correspondence and agreements
Collaborate with legal, operations, and external teams
Support best practices and process improvements

What you bring :

Associate's degree, Paralegal certificate, or Bachelor's with experience

4+ years in real estate law or property administration

Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail

A proactive, team-focused attitude

The national base pay range is $55,000 - $62,000. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
