The role may involve working in various settings, including Level I and Level II trauma centers, hospitals, and urgent care facilities. Assignment Details : Contract Length : 13 weeks Shift : Mid-Shift Hours : 36 3x12's Start Date : ASAP Pay : Local Rate-$60 an hour / Travel Rate-$2,310.68 weekly gross Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking and clinical judgment. Perform patient assessments, triage incoming patients, and prioritize care based on acuity. Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies. Utilize EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner for efficient patient record management. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to NCQA standards. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management. Required Documents : A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience in a Level II or Level I Trauma Center is preferred.
