Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule : Clinic : 2.5 days per week, 8am‐5pm and 8am ‐ Noon with OR 2 days per week

Job Setting : Inpatient, Outpatient

Types of Cases : General urology procedures including Cysto, Prostate biopsy, Fiducial markers, Wart fulguration and more

Credentialing : 90‐120 days, emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

Board Certification : Board Certified Urology

Licensure : Kentucky license required
