Join a growing, physician-led GI group offering a balanced schedule, rapid practice ramp-up, and partnership opportunity in a highly desirable suburban Houston location. This is a full-time gastroenterology position with subspecialty volume available and the flexibility to take call for additional income.

Practice Overview

  • You'll join a collegial GI team with 12 physicians and 3 APPs across 6 locations
  • Practice model includes clinic, endoscopy center, and access to infusion, pathology, and imaging
  • Outpatient-focused with procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, banding, dilation, capsule, and FibroScan
  • Call is optional and compensated; triaged by RNs with light volume

Schedule

  • Balanced week with ~2.5 days clinic and ~2.5 days endoscopy
  • Clinic volumes average 25 patients / day; endoscopy 14-18 cases / day
  • No waitlist; same / next-day appointments available during ramp-up
  • ASC onsite with Olympus scopes, 3 ORs, and full pre / post-op care

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $450,000 guaranteed for 2 years, plus 40% of collections above $900K
  • Recent hires earned ~$600K in year one; top partners grossed $1.4M
  • Partnership track at 2 years with ancillary ownership (ASC, pathology, infusion)
  • Full benefits, 401k, CME ($2K + 2 days), malpractice, sign-on bonus and relocation
