FEA Engineer

Responsibilities : Perform FEA using software tools such as CATIA (basic), Abaqus, and Endurica to evaluate rubber component function, characteristics, and durability performance. Support the growth of the company's material library by understanding or being willing to learn material testing processes, equipment operation, and coordination of internal and external testing. Provide recommendations regarding software and hardware needs to ensure efficient FEA operations. Communicate clearly and professionally across departments and with external FEA teams. Commit to continuous learning and professional development in rubber FEA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Requirements : Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (FEA focus preferred). Experience : Industry experience is preferred but not required. Some level of FEA experience (academic or professional) is required. Proficiency with Abaqus and / or rubber FEA is highly valued.
