We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney to join our legal team.  As an Attorney, you will be handling the defense of vehicular personal injury and property damage matters.  This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute their expertise and make a significant impact in the filed of law.

Responsibilities :

Conduct and report on depositions.  Prepare and draft legal documents, such as motions, pleadings and briefs. Represent clients in court hearings, trials and other legal proceedings.

Provide legal advice to clients on various matters  Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.  Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases.  Maintain accurate and organized case files.

Must have trial experience.

Requirements :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.  Admitted to the state bar association.  Strong knowledge of legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

Minimum of 5 years experience of personal injury litigation experience.
