What Will I Be Doing?
The Supervisor of the New Member Journey program is responsible for leading and managing the daily operation that support new members throughout their onboarding experience. This role ensures that both individuals and teams are motivated and aligned to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPI's) related to member engagement, satisfaction and retention. Also, responsible for ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures and systems.
