Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Care Technician for a Medical Office Building in Lake Spring, Missouri.

Responsibilities include

  • Performing cleaning and maintenance of all floor surfaces using appropriate equipment and supplies.
  • Ensuring floors are sanitized, polished, and free of debris to maintain a safe and professional environment.
  • Following cleaning schedules and safety protocols diligently.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.

Skills needed include

  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
