Product Development Manager - Absorbent Hygiene (Diapers, Wipes, Feminine Care)

Our client, a leader in the absorbent hygiene space, is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead all product development activities at their Lewistown, PA facility. This role will oversee a small team (2-3 direct reports) and drive innovation across baby wipes, adult wipes, feminine hygiene, and diaper products with a strong preference for diaper development experience.

Location : Onsite in Lewistown, PA

Please Note : Must have direct experience developing absorbent hygiene products (diapers preferred)

Responsibilities :

• Monitor market trends and consumer feedback to inform product innovation.
• Drive continuous improvement in product performance, cost, and sustainability.
• Present product development updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee formulation, prototyping, testing, and scale-up of hygiene products.
• Lead end-to-end product development initiatives across absorbent hygiene categories.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 direct reports, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to bring new products to market.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
