Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Construction Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate all phases of our construction projects—from managing budgets and enforcing safety standards to supervising crews and keeping schedules on track. This position involves close collaboration with internal teams, partners, and vendors, along with regular site visits to make sure each project meets our quality expectations and design requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and coordinating construction teams.
• Strong budgeting and cost-management skills with a focus on accountability.
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and schedule control.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in construction or project management is a significant advantage.
