You are proficient in engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner You’re at least 18 years old You can perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You have reliable transportation to and from the work location You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience You have experience leading and training teams You can utilize a smartphone or tablet to document work after each shift You exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results You can work independently while also demonstrating effective team collaboration skills You prioritize safety in a retail environment.

As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you will play a vital role by providing excellent in-store merchandising support to retailers to enhance the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include :
- Building displays and end caps that attract customers
- Resetting shelves and managing product rotation to optimize inventory
- Tracking inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers
- Supporting management with essential tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
