We are seeking a skilled and driven Data Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on supporting our operations. This role will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence, quality improvements, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will also collaborate closely with the AHEAD data analytics group, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide data initiatives and best practices. This is a high-impact role suited for a data professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about using data to solve complex business challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Advanced Data Analysis : Perform in-depth analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across manufacturing, quality, and integration workflows.
• Visualization & Reporting : Design and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate KPIs, operational metrics, and strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, quality, operations, and enterprise analytics teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Data Modeling & Forecasting : Build predictive models and statistical analyses to support proactive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Data Quality & Governance : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analytics and manufacturing intelligence.
• Data Strategy & Integration : Partner with AHEAD analytics teams to align data initiatives, ensure consistency in metrics, and support enterprise data governance.
• Other job duties as assigned

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
