Compensation & Benefits :

• Pay Structure : 33–35% of collections or a $750–$800 daily guarantee for the first 6 months (biweekly pay)
• Average Annual Earnings : $200,000–$500,000
• Insurance : Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
• 401(k) : 4% company match (eligible after 1 year; 100% vested on Day 1 of eligibility)
• Continuing Education : 10 CE credits annually + Annual Doctor Summit
• Professional Development : Quarterly Study Club
