Note : This hybrid position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at the Hackensack, NJ, or Washington, DC office.

Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of legal support experience in bankruptcy, corporate law, or commercial litigation.

Job Description

• Provide direct support to attorneys, associates, and paralegals in litigation and bankruptcy cases
• Draft, edit, proofread, and electronically file pleadings in federal and state courts
• Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and assist with case management projects
• Organize, maintain, and update case files and client records
• Prepare correspondence, exhibits, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Assist with reception desk coverage as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
