Class Summary
This is a part-time position with a maximum of 1,508 hours per year and is not eligible for paid holidays, leave, or benefits.
Job Description The Part-time Financial Analyst II will be responsible for any financial tasks related to supporting the assigned division(s), including but not limited to, annual budget preparations; year-end close processes with stakeholders; account reconciliations and related correcting entries. The role may also process procurement related transactions, such as creating purchase orders for technology related goods and services, and support the division with technical contract related activities. Demonstrating strong organizational skills and self-motivation, the Part-time Financial Analyst II will consistently deliver high-quality work within established timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Additionally, the role involves active collaboration with division staff to provide fiscal support to other Information Technology divisions and county departments.
