Job description

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Own the monthly and quarterly commission payout process, ensuring accurate calculations and reconciliations

Manage data inputs across Salesforce, payroll, and reporting tools to maintain data accuracy

Act as the primary point of contact for commission payments, addressing questions and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in commissions, sales operations, compensation, or financial analysis

Proven ability to execute recurring, deadline-driven processes with accuracy

Advanced Excel skills

Working knowledge of SQL for data validation

Experience with Salesforce reporting and compensation or HRIS tools is a plus
