Job Title : SANITATION WORKER (Freezer Warehouse)

Location : Manteca, CA

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour

Type : Temp-to-Hire

ShareSTAFF is seeking a dependable Sanitation Worker to join our warehouse team in Manteca. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse areas, as well as offices and restrooms. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe while working efficiently in a cold environment.

Responsibilities :

Clean and sanitize warehouse areas including freezer, cooler, and dry zones.

Maintain cleanliness of offices, breakrooms, and restrooms.

Sweep, mop, and remove debris from all areas of the facility.

Move pallets, empty trash bins, and operate cleaning equipment as needed.

Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

Assist with general warehouse organization and housekeeping tasks.

Work safely in cold temperatures and follow PPE requirements.

Requirements :

Previous sanitation or janitorial experience preferred (warehouse or food environment a plus).

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in freezer and cooler conditions.

Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines.

Monday–Friday availability, 2 : 00 PM–10 : 30 PM.
