LOB Risk Specialist Senior

As a LOB Risk Specialist Senior within PNC's Retail Risk organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The role is for only the locations mentioned above and is a hybrid position. In addition to core risk management responsibilities, this role will also support business analysis and project work within the broker-dealer risk organization. The individual will partner across teams on a variety of initiatives, such as onboarding new applications, testing and refining controls, analyzing and interpreting data, and enhancing automation and reporting. They will also contribute to efforts ranging from surveillance and AML reviews to audits, governance exercises, and cross-functional projects, bringing both a risk lens and a business analyst perspective to drive stronger oversight and greater efficiency. The candidate will also have the following experience : 3+ years of direct / relevant industry experience Project based work / project management experience PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Executing the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Enabling line of business adherence with risk management programs. Participating in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leading in the design and development of specific risk management program components. Executing the risk management programs within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). May lead cross-functional teams. Providing risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Leading or influencing risk initiatives and business as usual activities. Identifying risk, assessing impact and making recommendations on resolution. Reporting and escalating risk and program compliance as appropriate.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired.
