Business Development Manager : Beauty Actives

As our business is looking to deliver its ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Beauty Actives team.

What You'll Be Doing :

In this role, you will be part of the team to drive growth in the Beauty Actives Market that is focused on identifying and developing opportunities for both NPP (new, patented and protected products) and existing offerings - particularly those centered on peptides, ceramides and botanicals innovative solutions. You will collaborate with our expert teams in France and Korea, while harnessing your technical acumen and commercial insights to champion the Beauty Actives portfolio. You will also work closely with regional sales teams and customers to deliver training on products, emerging applications, market dynamics and new developments.

Key Duties :

• Business Development : Focus on driving sales growth by aligning with the global strategy, building a strong pipeline (especially for NPP products), and forging strategic partnerships with current customers, emerging brands and contract manufacturers. Act as a liaison as the regional voice in global business development conversations and adapt successful strategies for North America.
• Customer Engagement : Center on strengthening relationships with current and new customers through technical support, training, and participation / representation in industry events and tradeshows. Uses direct engagement and market research to gather insights that inform business decisions.
• Strategic Planning, Market & Industry Understanding : Emphasize identifying unmet market needs and crafting initiatives to address them. Support North American marketing campaigns and product launches while contributing to long-term growth strategies.
• Execution & Enablement : Involve all key partners to support managing product launches, equipping sales teams with tools and training, and ensuring all activities uphold safety and sustainability standards.
• Cross-Functional Team : Promotes teamwork across Global and North America, encouraging diversity, sustainability, and innovation. Fosters a culture where contributions are valued and collaboration drives success. Ensure completion of activities with appropriate attention and care on SHE principles by practicing the behaviors as defined by the Croda Safety, Health, and Environmental Behavior Standard.
