Sheet Metal Mechanic Senior
The Sheet Metal Mechanic Senior is responsible for conducting the installation of metal / board HVAC systems.
Responsibilities :
- Assembles and installs metal duct and fiberglass board.
- Blue print reading and understanding of sheet metal shop drawings.
- All phases of duct installation (spiral, rectangular, double wall, welded).
- Understanding of different connectors that are used.
- Hanger layout as well as some field measuring.
- Organizes work area and maintains all hand tools.
- Lifts heavy materials at heights.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years experience in any types of sheet metal and fiberglass, duct work installation on commercial / residential projects.Must have own Sheet Metal hand tools, company supplies power tools.Must be able and willing to follow job-site instructions.Lift heavy materials and not be afraid of heights.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications :
OSHA 10 or 30.Travel Requirements :
0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s) / office locations.Physical Activities :
