Industrial Communications West is seeking a detail-oriented Project Logistics and Finance Manager to lead financial planning and logistics coordination across infrastructure and tower construction projects. This cross-functional role ensures financial discipline, supply chain efficiency, and operational alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will serve as a strategic partner to project managers, accounting, and logistics teams, driving insights that improve cost control, delivery timelines, and overall project performance.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for logistics initiatives
• Monitor expenditures, labor allocation, and material cost across multiple projects
• Track project milestones to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely billing
• Oversee logistics planning for tower builds, equipment deployment, and site operations
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage procurement schedules, vendor contracts, and inventory levels
• Analyze transportation, warehousing, and delivery costs to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials and equipment to project sites
• Track logistics KPIs such as delivery accuracy, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover
• Track revenue from site leasing, colocation agreements, and service contracts
• Collaborate with site managers, legal, accounting, and operations teams to align financial reporting with business goals
• Support strategic decision-making with financial and logistical insights
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project accounting and logistics tracking systems
