Key Responsibilities

• Collect and integrate case history information from patients, families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Select and administer appropriate evaluation procedures tailored to patient needs.
• Recognize and respect the diverse needs, values, and communication styles of patients and their families.
• Conduct thorough assessments for speech and language pathology.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with patients and their support systems throughout the planning process.
• Evaluate and adjust intervention plans to enhance functional and emotional well-being.
• Document all activities in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Communicate effectively with the medical team regarding patient progress and recommendations for care.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $30.72 - $52.84 per hour . This range reflects a good faith minimum and maximum for the role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, qualifications, location, and shifts worked.
