Community Engagement Manager

A company is looking for a Community Relations and Engagement Manager to support growth objectives and uphold a commitment to responsible development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and assess community-related risks to inform site evaluation and planning

Translate engagement strategies into structured project plans and lead execution of community initiatives

Support Project Development Managers in liaising with local stakeholders and coordinating outreach engagements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, Communications, Urban Planning, Business, Sustainability, or related field; Master's degree preferred

5-8 years of experience in community relations, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement

Experience developing strategy and delivering initiatives

Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder or cross-functional projects

Experience with public speaking and engaging with government officials
