• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience\n
• Bachelor's degree\n
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.\n\nResponsibilities Of RN Unit Manager\n
• Leads and oversees one of our skilled nursing units\n
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by all nursing personnel by current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility\n
• Maintains the highest degree of quality care at all times and provides direct nursing care as needed\n
• Responsible for the facility and its management when the Administrator, DON, or ADON is not present\n
