The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge of parallel computing and distributed systems to deliver scalable solutions. Experience in graph, partitioning, and optimization algorithms is essential for developing QoR improvement techniques in the FPGA prototyping or EDA field. Proficiency in C++, gdb debugging, and general software development skills is required. Candidates should have a strong desire and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for California is $178,500 to $331,500, with potential eligibility for incentive compensation such as bonuses, equity, and benefits. Sales positions typically offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure. Salary ranges are guidelines and may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
