About the Opportunity

Join the dedicated collections team at a leading, established national service corporation. We are seeking a professional and empathetic Collections Specialist for a unique, customer-focused role.

This is not a typical, high-pressure collections environment. Our approach is friendly, customer-centric, and built on an "unspoken guarantee" of customer satisfaction. We prioritize protecting our brandand finding solutions through in-depth communication. In this role, you will not use legal action or credit bureau reporting. Instead, you will be a problem-solver, helping customers manage their unsecured, financed contracts.

You will be joining a supportive team led by a "transformational leader" who values autonomy and empowers collectors to resolve issues. We foster a "casual" yet "professional" culturethat includes fun activities like team chats, games, and contests.

Pay Rate : $22.00 per hour Location : Primarily Remote (Must be local to Atlanta, GA)

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of past-due consumer accounts, many of which are "90 day same as cash" contracts.
• Handle "back sheet" accounts, which are pre-charge-off (around 120 days overdue).
• Use a friendly and professional communication style to collect past-due monies owed to the company.
• Conduct investigations into customer credit risk as needed.
• Work with the team to meet department milestonesand new performance indicators (KPIs).
