Our expanding law firm is looking for a highly skilled estate planning attorney to join our team full-time. As an Estate Planning Attorney at Elder Advisors Law, LLC , you'll be responsible for preparing crucial legal documents-including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney -while helping clients secure their legacies. This role carries significant responsibility, ensuring clients have a clear plan for the future and eliminating uncertainty around estate management.

What We're Looking For

J.D. and WI State Bar License.

1-2+ years of experience in estate planning or elder law.

Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.

A proactive, organized professional who's ready to lead.

You'll provide expert counsel in estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, and post-death administration. From leading client matters to building community relationships, your work will protect clients' futures and honor their legacies.

What You'll Do

Provide expert counsel in estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, and post-death administration.

Build lasting client relationships by offering tailored, empathetic legal guidance.

Manage client matters independently while collaborating with a forward-thinking leadership team.

Stay ahead of the curve by using the best-in-class legal technology and contributing to workflow innovations.

Travel required to Lawyers with Purpose training event.

Meet clients at both office locations in Janesville and Wales.
