Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day community activity across various social platforms
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with community members through transparent engagement
Track and report community KPIs and provide recommendations to the team
Required Qualifications
Experience managing and developing online communities, preferably in crypto, tech, or fintech
Demonstrated ability to earn credibility and respect within online communities
Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
Genuine interest in blockchain and experience in the Algorand community
Comfortable handling both positive and negative feedback professionally
