Key Responsibilities
Manage and moderate the Facebook Group, ensuring member engagement and adherence to community guidelines
Analyze community interactions to gather insights and compile performance reports for the Facebook Group and other social media channels
Collaborate with the social media team to create and publish content, while assisting with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in community management or social media, particularly with Facebook Groups
Genuine interest and understanding of the Food space
Exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse community
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
Proactive and self-motivated with a knack for initiating online conversations
