Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Certified Cardiac Cath Lab Invasive Specialist, you'll collaborate with the Cath Lab team to provide exceptional cardiac patient care. Your technical skills will be vital in assisting Cardiologists with catheterization procedures. Key responsibilities include :
Proficiently performing all cardiac catheterization procedures.Accurately identifying cardiac structures and related disease processes.Practicing radiation safety and adhering to relevant regulations.Assisting in collecting accurate physiological data für hemodynamic assessments.Reporting cardiac function accurately through the assessment of ejection fraction.Ensuring proper archiving of angiographic and procedural data.Taking on-call duties as needed.To succeed in this role, you need :
A high school diploma or GED.Experience or educational qualifications in Invasive Cardiovascular Technology.A required certification, such as ARRT or RCIS / RCES.Preferred experience in Invasive Cardiovascular Technology and a bachelor's degree in a related field.Methodist Hospital Stone Oak, equipped with advanced medical technology, is recognized for excellence in patient care.
