What you’ll do as a Product Support Coordinator :

As a Product Support Coordinator, you’ll serve as the central point of contact between NAC and its supplier partners. You’ll ensure vendor data accuracy, streamline communication, and support purchasing and supply chain functions by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that product, pricing, and performance standards are met. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of NAC’s supplier network.

What you can expect to do as a Product Support Coordinator :

Vendor Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely communication, quality service, and alignment with NAC’s business objectives.

Data Accuracy & Maintenance : Maintain up-to-date vendor information, including contacts, lead times, pricing, freight terms, and payment details within NAC’s ERP system.

Onboarding & Compliance : Support the vendor onboarding process by collecting and verifying necessary documentation, certifications, and compliance information.

Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze vendor performance metrics such as on-time delivery, accuracy, and responsiveness; escalate issues as needed to ensure accountability.

Issue Resolution : Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Operations to resolve invoice discrepancies, delivery issues, or quality concerns.

Process Coordination : Partner with the Supply Chain and Purchasing teams to manage product returns, credits, and vendor-related inquiries.

Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve vendor management processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and strengthen supplier partnerships.

Cross-Functional Communication : Ensure seamless information flow between internal departments (Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and Sales) to maintain transparency and efficiency.

What we are looking for in a Product Support Coordinator :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field — or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of experience in vendor coordination, purchasing, or supply chain support, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in the composites, chemical, or industrial distribution industries.

Familiarity with vendor performance metrics and supplier scorecarding processes.

Prior exposure to process improvement or vendor compliance initiatives.
