O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a Partner with at least seven years of Labor & Employment litigation experience to join its Las Vegas office. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of labor & employment matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients. This associate will join a diverse practice group that handles single plaintiff employment litigation, and wage & hour class / PAGA litigation.

We are looking for a CA-licensed attorney that resides in Las Vegas to work on California L&E cases remotely from Vegas .

Requirements

• CA-Bar License Required. NV Bar License preferred but not required .
• We also have a position available for a Las Vegas L&E Associate (Nevada Licensed), a Las Vegas L&E Partner (Nevada Licensed) and several California-based Partner and Associate L&E Attorney Roles.

Benefits

Salary Range : $170,000 to $250,000
