Commercial Product Trainer

A company is looking for a Commercial Product Trainer to equip the field team with product knowledge and drive sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Build, facilitate, and track learning paths for product knowledge across the field team

Liaise with product owners to manage milestone timelines and track progress

Create and maintain internal training resources and ensure effective learning experiences

Required Qualifications

1-2+ years of experience in adult learning theory and training

1-2+ years of experience with healthcare RCM technology products

Proficiency in Sales and Enablement Tech Stacks such as Salesforce.com, Gong, and Seismic

Experience in designing and delivering training programs

Project management and process improvement experience is a plus
