Schedule : Days only | No weekends.

Position Overview :

A well-established outpatient practice in Gillette, Wyoming is seeking a dedicated Pain Management Physician to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced provider in expanding a comprehensive chronic pain program focused on whole-person care. The setting is low-volume and highly supportive, encouraging innovation and patient-centered treatment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and manage complex chronic pain conditions
• Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor medications with care and precision
• Perform interventional procedures (e.g., nerve blocks, epidurals)
• Collaborate with physical therapists, surgeons, behavioral health professionals, and other specialists
• Educate patients on pain management techniques and lifestyle strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Stay informed on current research and contribute to regenerative medicine initiatives
