Job Summary :
T-Mobile is seeking a passionate and creative UI / UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface design, user experience strategy, and usability testing, working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging designs aligned with T-Mobile's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and responsive interfaces using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to improve user experience.
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions.
- Ensure consistency with T-Mobile's design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Analyze data and feedback to iterate and refine design deliverables.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI / UX designs.
- Stay up to date with current UI / UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience).5 8 years of professional experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX design work for web and mobile applications.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar design tools.Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG).Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A / B testing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React basics) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience designing for telecom, e-commerce, or large enterprise applications.Knowledge of T-Mobile's digital ecosystem or brand standards is a strong plus.Certification in UX Design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Google UX) preferred.Soft Skills :
