Job Description
We are currently seeking an Electronics Assembler who will be responsible for building cable assemblies for SEAKR hardware per IPC standards. The candidate will primarily be responsible for crimping and soldering wires into back shells, in order to make cables used in for the testing of flight hardware. The candidate will be a part of the manufacturing team and therefore may perform additional soldering and manufacturing task as directed by supervisor. It is critical that the candidate be able to read and interpret engineering drawing and travelers along with having some experience building cable assemblies.
The Cable Assembly Technician is responsible for the quality fabrication of SEAKR support hardware and cables. This is a full-time non-exempt position in which the work is performed under general supervision by the Supervisor, Manufacturing and is evaluated on results obtained.

Compensation : Base pay range is $25-30 / hour depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA.
