Responsibilities of RN / LPN

• The Registered / Licensed Nurse will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• The Registered / Licensed Nurse follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• The Registered / Licensed Nurse performs Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN)
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
