RN – Long Term Care (LTC) | 13 Weeks | Days | Bigfork, MN

Alto Health Care Staffing is seeking a Day Shift RN (3x12s) for a 13-week LTC contract in Bigfork, MN. The facility has two units—Tamarack (20 beds) and Aspen Memory Care (20 beds)—with a supportive team environment.

Job Details :

Shift : Days, 6a–6p (3x12s)

Certs : BLS required; Dementia training must be completed before start

EMR : Point Click Care

Census / Units : 20-bed Tamarack 20-bed Memory Care

Staffing / Ratios :

Days : 1 RN / LPN per unit

CNAs : Up to 3 per unit on days / evenings

Weekend / Holiday Requirement : Every other weekend; holidays required

Traveler Notes :

First-time travelers welcome

Mandation possible

No floating

Flexible mindset needed—assignments may shift during the day

Orientation : 3 shifts for RN / LPN

Any scrub color
