Title : Technical Support Tech I (Data Center Technician) Location : Plain City, OH Duration : 6 Months (With Possibility of Extension / Conversion) Pay range : $20 - $23 / Hr Job Description : Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Daily Schedule : 2 front half day shift 6 : 30am to 6 : 30pm (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Wednesday.) 2 back half day shift (Thurs, Fri, Sat and every other Wednesday.)
