Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for an overnight travel assignment requiring ARRT certification and a minimum of 2 years of recent MRI experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an outpatient MRI department
  • Overnight shifts Monday through Thursday from 9 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
  • Patient population includes adult outpatients
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Complete required orientation prior to starting assignment
  • Gaps in work history of 3 months or more require explanation
  • Scrub and dress code details provided upon assignment
  • Local candidates will not be considered for travel positions

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recent MRI technologist experience
  • Active ARRT certification required
  • Active state license required if applicable
  • AHA certification(s) must be active and not expire during assignment
  • NIHSS certification required prior to start
  • Must provide proof of full Flu and COVID vaccination
  • U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration
  • Candidates must live more than 50 miles from facility
  • No history of adverse actions or 'HITS' on license
