Job description

Job Description:

Must Haves:
  • Salesforce knowledge - CG cloud, service cloud.
  • Solutioning background is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce requirements - able to determine gaps, etc.
  • Acts as a bridge between business needs and the technical capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Their primary goal is to ensure the company effectively uses Salesforce to solve business problems, improve processes, and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Unlike a Salesforce Administrator, a BA focuses on strategic projects and business improvement rather than day-to-day operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: documenting business requirements for new features and enhancements on the Salesforce platform.
  • Solution Design: Developing and proposing data-driven solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities to address business challenges and improve processes.
  • Project management:
  • Author detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
Testing And Deployment:
  • Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
Training And Support:
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new features and best practices.
