Baptist Health, Northeast Florida’s most preferred health system, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nocturnist to join our established Hospitalist program at Baptist Medical Center Nassau. Located in Fernandina Beach along Florida’s beautiful northeast coast, this full-time opportunity offers a balanced 7-on / 7-off schedule, strong specialist support, and the chance to practice medicine in a close-knit coastal community.

What You Can Expect

• Base salary of $309,400 plus metric bonus and $10,000 commencement bonus
• 7-on / 7-off schedule (night shift)
• Average of 15 patients per night with 3–5 admissions
• 36-bed Med / Surg unit and 8-bed AAU
