Workday Financials Architect

A company is looking for a Workday Financials Architect to provide client-side functional and technical expertise during the post-implementation phase of a large Workday Financials program.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a client-side Workday Financials subject matter expert, partnering with finance, IT, and the implementation team to resolve design challenges and validate configurations

Evaluate and help resolve complex functional and configuration issues while supporting financial data validation, integrations, and reconciliations

Document configuration decisions, enhancements, and recommendations for governance and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience in functional or solution architecture roles

Strong expertise in Procurement, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger; familiarity with Grants, Projects, or Business Assets is a plus

Experience supporting post-implementation or stabilization phases of Workday programs

Background in public sector or enterprise-level financial systems preferred

Workday Financials certification or Workday Pro credentials preferred
