Job descriptionFun Friendly Reliable...consistency is KEY for our awesome kiddos! Energetic Outgoing Great team players Lifeguards need to like a fast pace and be friendly and currently certified (Red Cross). Customer Service : Maintain a safe pool environment Ensure the safety of all swimmers Communicate effectively with all staff and members Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win / win outcome Report to manager if complaints are unresolved Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation.
