Aspire IT Solutions is in a need of -

  • Role : RPA Technical Lead
  • Location : Centennial, CO (Onsite)
  • Duration : 6 - 12 months contract

Job Description :

Seeking an experienced RPA Technical Lead with strong UiPath expertise to design, develop, and deliver automation solutions. This role oversees end-to-end RPA implementations, leads cloud migration initiatives, and aligns automation strategy with digital transformation and cloud-first objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Work with business teams to gather requirements, assess automation feasibility, and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Conduct POCs to validate automation opportunities.
  • Build and implement automation workflows following standard conventions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to RPA developers.
  • Create and maintain process design documentation.
  • Own complete solution architecture including workflow design, authentication, logging, error handling, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and manage reusable components and automation assets.
  • Architect and implement IDP solutions using UiPath Document Understanding.
  • Lead migration of existing automations to cloud environments; ensure performance, governance, and security alignment.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure / security teams on cloud architecture for automation platforms.
  • Provide ongoing production support, optimization, and best-practice implementation.
  • Train business users and developers on RPA tools and processes.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and ensure timely delivery.

    • Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with UiPath (certification preferred / required).
  • Proficient in .NET / C# or other programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Experience with REST / SOAP APIs and integrations.
  • Understanding of AI / ML concepts and their use in automation.
  • Experience with cloud-based RPA deployment (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform preferred).
