Title : Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location : CA ( Onsite role)

Mandatory Qualifications

MQ 1 : The Senior Developer must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management from an accredited college or university. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis. Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience. Example : If the experience requirement is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree, a total of nine (9) years must be submitted to claim this qualification.

MQ 2 : The Senior Developer must have a minimum of three (3) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last seven (7) years as a Senior Developer on a Salesforce implementation project.

MQ 3 : The Senior Developer must have a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience as a Sr.

Developer on a Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementation project.

MQ 4 : The Senior Developer must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience as a Senior Developer for a Salesforce SaaS implementation, a project budget of at least $10 million , and a project duration of at least two (2) years in State or Local Government projects.

MQ 5 : The Senior Developer must have certification as a Salesforce Platform Application Builder .

The bidder shall submit a copy of the certificate with the proposal.

Desirable Qualifications

DQ 1 : The Senior Developer has a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience within the last 10 years of Salesforce implementation projects. The Salesforce implementation projects must be for a state, county or city government with a population greater than 1,000,000 people . (5 years of exp. required)

DQ 2 : The Senior Developer has a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience within the last three

(3) years implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions . (3 years of exp. required)

DQ 3 : The Senior Developer has a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience within the last ten

(10) years implementing State of CA Technology projects. (5 years of exp. required)

DQ 4 : The Senior Developer has a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience within the last ten

(10) years implementing other State & Local Government projects. (5 years of exp. required)
