J&R Schugel is Now Hiring Experienced CDL-A Refrigerated Drivers!

Earn Up to $0.71 CPM

$500 Onboarding Bonus

Drive top-notch 2016 & newer refrigerated trailers, hauling dairy, frozen goods, and other temperature-controlled products across the lower 48. With our Reefer Pay Package, you’ll earn more on your base pay while moving premium freight with steady miles. We offer multiple home-time options based on your location and keep you rolling in comfort with late-model equipment. If you’re a pro CDL-A driver ready to run refrigerated freight and cash in, we’re ready for you.

CDL-A Refrigerated Pay & Miles :

Earn $0.625 - $0.71 CPM

Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM

CDL-A drivers average 2,200 - 2,500+ miles per week

$500 onboarding bonus

$1,000 vacation pay

Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver

Detention, layover & stop pay

Requirements :

Valid CDL-A, 21+

At least 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months minimum required

Refrigerated experience

Safe driving record
