Medicare Market President

A company is looking for a Medicare Market President for the Mid-West Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall P&L for the market / region, ensuring clinical, financial, and operational performance

Develop and execute a market-specific operating plan with key performance indicators and governance processes

Lead value-based care initiatives and foster partnerships with providers to enhance performance and innovation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline; MBA preferred

Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in the insurance / managed healthcare industry

Experience with executive management and profit and loss accountability

Proven track record of leading senior management teams to achieve financial and customer objectives

Strong understanding of market strategies and operational performance improvement
