If you're an experienced Data Analyst seeking a new contract role in Minneapolis, Horizontal Talent wants to hear from you. We are seeking a Data Analyst to create and maintain master data (customer, vendor, product) in an SAP ERP environment, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive pay rate.

In this Data Analyst role, you will create, implement, and maintain basic master data management solutions that enable users to optimize the system capabilities. You'll also support data and process improvement efforts to implement the identified opportunities.

Some of your day-to-day duties as a Data Analyst will include:

• Executing cleansing activities for master data to ensure the overall health of the data
• Working closely with essential partners to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures
• Handling basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate staff

The ideal Data Analyst candidate will have a background in the manual Data Creation & Maintenance Processes, Customer Service Representatives that process a high volume of Sales Orders with High Accuracy, or Supply Chain Analysis responsible for maintaining MRP values for a high volume of materials. Additional qualifications include:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• SAP experience managing master data or in any other capacity (other ERPs are okay as long as the candidate has experience in customer, materials, and vendor data domains)
• Excellent analytics and communications skills
• Ability to develop relationships with business data stakeholders
