Service Mechanic
At ABM, we are seeking a skilled Service Mechanic to join our maintenance team in a mid-level handyman role. This position requires a knowledgeable professional who can handle various plumbing and light carpentry tasks while providing excellent customer service to our residents.
Join our team at Park La Brea, a prestigious 160-acre residential complex featuring high-rise and low-rise buildings with beautifully maintained grounds. Located in the heart of Los Angeles near The Grove, this premier residential community offers a dynamic work environment serving diverse residents.
Primary Job Duties
- Plumbing Services :
- Clear sink, toilet, and tub clogs
- Repair faucet leaks
- Install, repair, and replace faucets
- General plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting
- Light Carpentry :
- Kitchen cabinet door repairs
- Bathroom vanity cabinet door repairs
- Basic carpentry maintenance tasks
