The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-oriented leader to own the business and product / tech operations for Moloco Commerce Media. This individual will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and cross-functional execution across a fast-paced, global organization.

The Opportunity

  • Strategic Planning : Drive quarterly and annual planning processes and translate strategic goals into actionable operating plans. Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Go-to-Market & Revenue Operations : Develop and execute GTM strategies that drive business growth across regions. Lead MCM’s global sales and customer operations, partnering with regional and functional leaders to improve planning, processes, and systems—driving efficiency and scalability across the customer lifecycle.
  • Organizational Rhythm & Cross-Functional Execution : Drive organizational operating rhythm for MCM including All Hands, leadership meetings, offsites, and business reviews. Act as a central coordination point across functions, ensure leadership visibility into org priorities, escalate blockers, and drive decision-making.
  • GTM-Product Operations : Ensure tight coordination between field and product teams through consistent prioritization, enablement, and feedback loops. Translate field and customer insights into actionable roadmap inputs. Partner with product and engineering to ensure visibility, alignment, and readiness across teams.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, strategy consulting, and / or sales operations, preferably in a high-growth or cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in AdTech and / or enterprise B2B businesses
  • Proven track record of driving execution across functions. Strong operator with hands-on experience leading planning cycles, managing cross-functional processes, and scaling operational systems
  • Ability to operate at both 30,000 feet and in the details.
  • Ability to challenge and persuade cross-functional audiences to act - from peers to senior executives.
  • High agency and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

    In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

    Base Pay Range :

    $205,600 - $308,400 USD
